Take exit 223 for OH-46 toward Niles. Turn right onto OH-46 South/North Canfield Niles Road and turn left onto Hollywood Drive. Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course will be on the right.

Directions from Akron, Ohio: Take OH-8 South to I-76 E, then continue on to I-80 East, following signs for Youngstown/New York City. Take Exit 223 for OH-46 toward Niles. Continue onto OH-46 South and turn left onto Hollywood Drive. Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course will be on your right.
